I can only praise Silverlake for their professional approach in every possible aspect. My company has purchased many items over the years without any issues. Even an engine that we realised after 3 months when we came to fit was incorrect but through no fault of Silverlake. We phoned and without hesitation they recollection and refunded my company.

Silverlake, found these online by chance and saved myself over £250 on the price of an OEM headlight on my insignia cannot fault them polite and very helpfull staff.

This place is great. Turn up, buy some tyres at a very good price, get them fitted and away you go. My tyres were almost as good as new at a fraction of the new price. Very happy! Wrap up warm though, the waiting room is freezing!

I came to Silverlake yesterday just as they were closing as I had managed to drive over a huge nut and bolt and it had burst my tyre. The guys there were so helpful and got me sorted with a new tyre even though it was their closing time. They didn’t even moan or look like I was an inconvenience. The price was excellent as well. Highly recommend. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I am not one for leaving reviews but credit where credit is due…. I scrapped my car with Silverlake who not only offered £100 or so more than others they were also really local. Really quick and easy to do. Hours later (about 1750 on a Friday!)I was missing some keys which I suspected had slipped under the seat. Paul the site manager couldn’t have been more helpful – he checked there and then but the car was inaccessible and took my details and promised to call back Saturday morning which is exactly what he did, there was even an offer to post them. Top service, thanks!

Has many different vehicles ready to be dismantled, the yard is clean and tidy and all the vehicles are readily accessible for individuals to remove specific parts. Remember to bring your tool kits. Payment is at a desk for cash and card with friendly staff and good service.
